Before the arrival of the most recent shopping centres in Thailand, one of the most well-known was Emporium as it offers luxury for the first time. When it opened its doors to the public, it came with luxurious labels on various floors.
Many years later, larger malls carrying more luxury brands have been constructed and the increase of shoppers is more evident than ever.
Back in 2015, everyone was set in excitement when they saw that the PhromPhong district is creating a new exciting addition to their shopping list which is the Em Quartier, known as the latest shopping giant. The Mall Group is very happy to announce that they are coming back with a more ambitious project which aims to make the area the largest retail hub in the capital city.
It is located on the other side of the Sukhumvit road and constructed next to the Emporium which was launched in 1997. The mall is now joined with modern towers after the refurbishing and it is now considered to be the latest shopping spot in PhromPhong.
The location is not crowded as it is not vying with other shopping centres such as Gaysorn, Siam Paragon and CentralWorld – all of them are located in the central business district. Coming from the bustle of the city, visitors will only have to take the BTS Skytrain and reach Em Quartier within several stops.
Consumers are attracted to visit Emporium and Em Quartier because of its accessible location which is on level with the road. It is best to visit it using the BTS Skytrain because of its convenience provided by a direct link from the PhromPhong station into to the two malls that are situated on each side of Sukhumvit. One can get through them through the skywalk. For those staying at a hotel near Em Quartier, they will be able to enjoy the view offered by the Benjasiri Park.
