Suicide or Survive (SOS) is a charitable organization that works to fight against the social stigma, often associated with mental illness. It equips the people suffering from various mental health issues with the necessary tools and techniques to come of the illness and take care of their mental health.

Eden program

WRAP

This program enables individuals to design their own solutions and techniques for mental wellness. The workshop is conducted for two and half days, where the participants are trained to design wellness plans that can be followed on a daily basis.

Supporters program

This programis aimed at the supporters. The supporters are trained with the apt skills that help them to care for and support people suffering with mental health issues. The program teaches the supporters about the various supports available and tips to access them. The program also empowers the supporters with the necessary life skills to take care of the mental wellbeing of themselves as well as others.

Wellness workshop
