Inverlocky Castle Management International, responsible for having handled several notable hotels in Britain, located in places such as Lochaber and Fettercairn, with one hotel near Inverness Castle under its management. The firm has recently made a business move that clearly announces that it is now setting its sights on more sun-soaked locales, hoping to repeat their successes in the London hospitality market in the Caribbean market.
ICMI is currently in charge of 14 hotels across Britain, including Andy Murray’s Cromlix by Dunblane, as well as the Rocpool Reserve, a hotel near Inverness Castle, and Fasque Castle, located in Fettercairn. The firm recently launched The Liming in the Caribbean; being the firm’s first overseas business venture, as the first hotel managed by it that’s located outside of the UK.
Norbert Lieder, Sin Chai and John Green, the ICMI’s Managing Director, Chairman and Sales Marketing Expert, respectively, have decided to join up with Jonathan Milne, a landowner and developer of the FM Group.
Part of the new business venture if Kelly Glass of K-Group. The new IMCI venture is officially registered in St. Lucia, the sovereign island nation on the east of the Caribbean, just by its borders with the Atlantic Ocean.
The higher ups of IMCI have already expressed their hopes that these new venture will continue the firm’s award-winning track record with luxury hotel management into the Caribbean hospitality market.
The Liming is expected to announce its events and plans for the region in the coming weeks and months.
Mr. Lieder, who has a history of managing hotels in the Caribbean, having managed hotels in St. Lucian and St. Kitts, stated that the firms has a good track record of developing and managing profitable hotels, and they are hoping to continue that in this new venture. He says that The Liming is different in that has no gimmicks or distractions, he states that it brings the IMCI’s exemplar service and attention to detail, and that it needs nothing more.
He says that this new property is a proud addition to their roster, with 14 of their hotels located in Scotland alone, and that they are aiming to replicate their successes there in the Caribbean.
