Check How Cowboys Introduce Martin In The NRL Store Online

Paul Green, North Queensland Cowboys coach, has appointed Te Maire Martin at five-eighth to continue Canberra Raiders. The new hire will be the only change in the side that made the winnings in Round 16 from the Panthers. You can get his memorabilia at any NRL store online.

The coach is happy with how Martin progressed, fitting in with his fellow team members. Green is certain this young guy is capable of his role in the team.

He thinks that Martin is an intelligent kid, he’s learning fast so the sooner we get him to the stadium, the sooner we get him to speed.

This move can be worth it especially that the finals are fast approaching. Team stability turns critical after the State of Origin period ends. Martin has had simple opportunity to train or play with his halves partner Michael Morgan due to his Origin commitments. Green hopes the pair will be able to adapt to each other. He says, the pair haven’t trained a lot as ‘Morgo’ has been on Origin duty and these guys had the week’s off to freshen-up.  However, Martin has fitted pretty well, he’s clever and is starting to pick up things really fast.

Halfback Jonathan Thurston is out for the season, Green isn’t expecting too much from his players, but rather to be dedicated with their own roles so the Cowboys get a chance over the line week after week. NRL store online can provide you details about these players.

“I expect Martin to do his job and that’s what I expect at this stage. Things are really new to him, it’s a bit of whirlwind for him. The last thing I can do is for him doing the role expected of him,” Green says.

The judgment comes after a purple path from the Cowboys through the Origin period. Green is determined to have a winning combination of players.

“I think that the last six weeks of the comp they have been playing great. There have been close losses twice and for the ones that we have lost, they also had a number of wins. I think they are playing a great brand and need to improve on that,” according to Green. Check out ticket prices at the NRL store online.
