Just five minutes from Tan Son Nhat International Airport is a new Ibis airport hotel where tourists entering Ho Chi Minh City can utilize and enjoy. The new hotel is just about six kilometres away from the city centre and provides a combination of various rooms with one- or two-bedroom as well as studio serviced apartments. It’s said to have the best rooftop bar in Saigon, making it a great opportunity to venture into this hotel.
The key features offered by the hotel to its customers is to prioritize a peaceful rest for all its guests. The rooms are insulated against noise with blackout curtains, also promoting its brand’s “Sweet Bed by Ibis” for each room.
Accorhotels Upper Southeast and Northeast Asia’s COO Patrick Basset states that the opening of the hotel results from the growing interest of Vietnam to improve its economy and tourism. Last year, the country accepted 10-million foreign guests along with its offered location and dynamical offerings. This is something to try and watch out.
The hotel is Accor’s second property in Vietnam, with the brand offering to open 12 more properties all across Vietnam in a span of two years.
Aside from its offerings, the Ibis Saigon Airport hotel will contain a swimming pool, a gym, and more sauna rooms. On the Food and Beverage front, there’s going to be an all-day dining restaurant with a la cart and buffet options, along with its rooftop barin Saigon that suits guests who want to drink while watching the aerial view of Ho Chi Minh City.
The hotel general manager OresteTraetto says that it’s the only rooftop bar ever present in Tan Binh district that provides the so-called postmodern soul food, which is a combination of classic food with a local touch, and interesting choices of branded cocktails and beers.
The new hotel offersa price of 1.28-million dong or US$56 every night for a standard room with airport transfers. However, the offer lasted only until March 31, 2017. It’s a good try though if you go to its rooftop bar in Saigon to enjoy a scenic view of the city.
